We (THSOFT) built the App (SinCos Calculator) as an Ad Supported app and In-App purchase. This SERVICE is provided by at no cost and is intended for use as is.

  • AI Math Solving & Camera/Storage permission: To provide the math-solving feature, we need permission to access your Camera (to take photos of math problems) or Storage (to select existing images from your gallery).
  • Data Retention: We do not store these images and do not use them for training our AI models. All images are automatically deleted immediately after the result is returned to your device.
  • Exact Alarm permission: We use this permission to provide precise, scheduled reminders for your cycle tracking and ovulation schedules. This ensures that you receive notifications at the exact time set for your monitoring needs, which is essential for the accuracy of the ovulation feature.

AI-Powered Features:

  • To provide AI-powered calculations, problem solving, and question answering features, user-submitted content such as images, mathematical expressions, and text queries may be securely transmitted to our servers for processing.
  • We may use one or more trusted third-party AI service providers, including but not limited to OpenAI, Google Gemini, to process requests and generate AI-powered responses.
  • User content is processed solely for the purpose of providing requested functionality and is not used by us to train our own AI models.

AI-Generated Responses:

  • The App provides AI-generated responses for informational and educational purposes only.
  • While we strive to provide accurate and useful results, AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or inaccuracies.
  • Users should independently verify important information and should not rely solely on AI-generated responses for professional, legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical decisions.
  • We encourage users to exercise their own judgment when using AI-generated content

AI Safety and Content Moderation:

  • To help maintain a safe user experience, we use OpenAI Moderation and other safety mechanisms to review and filter user inputs and AI-generated responses.
  • These safeguards are designed to detect and limit harmful content, including self-harm, violence, sexual content, child exploitation, illegal or dangerous activities, malware or cyber abuse, hate speech, harassment, fraud, scams, and other inappropriate content.

Customer service and after-sales service:

  • When you send feedback via email or provide us with an error report, we will obtain your username, email address, and email content, so that we can communicate with you about problems encountered during the use of our products and services. Further, if you want to send feedback with some photos, we may need permission to access your camera to take photos or your local media to select photos. This permission is only for sending feedback.
  • The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
