01 Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how THSOFT SOFTWARE JOINT STOCK COMPANY (“THSOFT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the SinCos Calculator application on iOS (the “App” or the “Service”), including iPhone and iPad.

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

02 Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

• AI Tutor inputs — text (typed questions) and images (from your Photo Library or captured with the Camera) you submit to the AI Tutor for solving math problems.
• Voice input — audio captured for speech-to-text conversion inside the AI Tutor.
• Ovulation Calculator health data — cycle length, average period length, luteal phase length, selected period and ovulation dates, personal notes you attach to individual dates, and reminder preferences.
• Health Calculator inputs — weight, height, age, and gender used to compute Body Mass Index (BMI) and Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR).
• Age Calculator inputs — birth date and target date used to compute age.
• Calculation history — expressions, results, and notes for calculators and converters you use (main calculator, currency, unit, size, hex, time and date differences, tip, discount, loan, savings, GPA, fuel cost, sales tax, unit price, world time, and others).
• Preferences — favorite converters, selected units, app theme, background image, and language.
• Feedback — optional messages, screenshots, and contact information you submit through the in-app Feedback feature.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device information — model, operating system version, language, region, and time zone.
• App usage data — screens visited, features used, session duration, and in-app events (via Firebase Analytics).
• Diagnostic and performance data — crash reports, error stack traces, non-fatal exceptions (via Firebase Crashlytics), and technical performance metrics such as app launch time and ad-loading diagnostics (via Firebase and the Google Mobile Ads SDK).
• Advertising identifiers — the Apple Advertising Identifier (IDFA) if you grant App Tracking Transparency permission. Otherwise, only non-personalized advertising context is used.
• Advertising data — information about the advertisements shown to you inside the App (such as which ads were displayed, how often, and whether they were interacted with), collected by Google AdMob for ad delivery, frequency capping, and advertising measurement.
• Network information — IP address and general connection type (Wi-Fi or cellular). Our advertising and analytics providers may use your IP address to infer an approximate, city-level location (coarse location); the App never accesses GPS or precise location.

2.3 Device Permissions

When you use certain features, the App requests the following permissions:

You may revoke any of these permissions at any time from Settings → SinCos Calculator on your device. Revoking a permission may disable the associated feature.

03 How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the App's features (calculator, unit converters, AI Tutor).
• Process your AI Tutor requests and return responses to your device.
• Monitor App stability and diagnose crashes.
• Analyze usage patterns to improve product quality.
• Display third-party advertisements that support our free offering.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

04 AI-Powered Features

When you use the AI Tutor, your inputs (text and images) may be transmitted to third-party AI providers:

• OpenAI, Inc. (United States) — for language and math reasoning.
• Google LLC (Gemini) (United States and worldwide) — for language and vision processing.

These providers process your content solely to generate the requested response and are contractually prohibited from using your data to train their own models, subject to each provider's enterprise or API terms in effect at the time of processing.

Retention on our servers

Images and inputs transmitted through our infrastructure are automatically deleted immediately after the AI response is returned to your device. We do not retain your AI Tutor content beyond this processing window, and we do not use your content to train our own models.

Retention on providers' servers

OpenAI and Google may temporarily retain requests (typically up to 30 days) for abuse monitoring and legal compliance. Please refer to their respective privacy policies:

Content safety

We employ OpenAI Moderation and other safety mechanisms to filter content involving self-harm, violence, sexual material, or illegal activities.

4.1 Backend endpoints

The App communicates with the following THSOFT-operated endpoints:

4.2 Currency Converter

The Currency Converter fetches current exchange rates from calculator.tohapp.com. Your input amounts are never sent to our servers. The App requests the day's rate table, and all conversion arithmetic happens on your device. Conversion history is stored locally.

05 Advertising and Analytics

The App is monetized through advertising and includes analytics to help us improve product quality.

5.1 App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

On iOS, we present the Apple App Tracking Transparency prompt on first launch (or when required by policy). Your decision controls whether Google AdMob may access your device's Advertising Identifier (IDFA):

• If you allow tracking: you may see personalized advertisements, subject to Google's ad-serving policies.
• If you decline tracking: you will still see advertisements, but they will be non-personalized (contextual only), and no IDFA will be shared with AdMob.

You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → SinCos Calculator on your iOS device.

5.2 European Consent (UMP)

If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we present Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent form. Your choices determine whether personalized advertising and additional data uses are permitted. You may revisit and change your choices through the Privacy options link inside the App's settings.

5.3 Analytics

We use Firebase Analytics (Google LLC) to collect anonymized usage statistics such as screen views, feature interactions, session duration, and coarse device characteristics. Analytics data is used to improve the App and is not linked to your real identity.

5.4 Crash Reporting

We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash logs, device state at the time of crash, and non-fatal exceptions to fix bugs. Crash data is anonymized and not linked to your identity.

06 Third-Party Service Providers

The App integrates the following services. Each provider processes personal information under contractual privacy safeguards consistent with this Policy.

6.2 Feedback delivery

When you send feedback through the App, we use your device's default email client (or the system share sheet) to compose a message to app.pm@tohsoft.com. Your message and any attachments do not pass through our servers — they travel through your chosen email provider directly to us.

07 Data Retention

We retain data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy:

You may request earlier deletion at any time; see Section 10.

08 Data Sharing and Disclosure

We share information only with:

• Service providers listed in Section 6, under contractual privacy safeguards.
• Legal authorities where required by law, valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users, the public, or ourselves.
• Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to equivalent privacy commitments.

09 International Data Transfers

Because our service providers process data in the United States and other jurisdictions, your information may be transferred outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area. For such transfers we rely on:

• Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, where required.
• Additional safeguards published by providers such as Google and OpenAI in their own privacy policies.

10 Your Privacy Rights

You have the following rights, subject to applicable law.

10.1 European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland (GDPR)

• Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Erasure (right to be forgotten) — request deletion of your personal information.
• Restriction — restrict how we process your data.
• Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest or for direct marketing.
• Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent (for example, personalized advertising).
• Complaint — lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Legal basis for processing: Consent (advertising, ATT and UMP choices), Contract (providing the AI Tutor service you requested), Legitimate interest (analytics, crash reporting, security), Legal obligation (regulatory compliance).

10.2 California, USA (CCPA / CPRA)

• Right to know what personal information we collect, use, or disclose.
• Right to delete personal information we hold.
• Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
• Right to opt out of sale or sharing — we do not sell personal information; you may still opt out of cross-context behavioral advertising by declining ATT.
• Right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.

10.3 All Users

• Revoke device permissions at any time via iOS Settings.
• Change your ATT choice via Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
• Change your UMP consent via App → Settings → Privacy options (EU / EEA / UK users).
• Contact us at contact@thsoft.tohsoft.com — we respond within 30 days.

11 Data Security

We implement industry-standard safeguards to protect your information:

• All network traffic uses TLS/HTTPS encryption.
• AI Tutor content is encrypted in transit to processing servers.
• We minimize data collection and store no user credentials in the App.
• Access to backend systems is restricted, logged, and reviewed.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

12 Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly. If you believe your child has provided us with information, please contact us at contact@thsoft.tohsoft.com.

Parents and guardians who allow older minors to use the App should review this Policy together.

13 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, applicable law, or for other operational reasons. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
• Post the updated Policy at the same URL.
• Where required by law, notify you through the App or by other reasonable means.

Continued use of the App after the effective date of the changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
