After many weeks of intense competition, the TOH Badminton Cup 2025 of TOH Group has officially come to an end, leaving behind not only an impressive list of achievements but also unforgettable explosive moments, laughter, and a strong spirit of sportsmanship spreading throughout the entire organization.

This year’s tournament brought together a large number of athletes from TOH Group’s member companies, including THSoft Software JSC, THVigor Software JSC, and TMedilab Software JSC. From the very first days of competition, matches were held at a high frequency, featuring strong professional quality and clear competitiveness. Many games were pushed to deciding sets, keeping spectators fully engaged and unable to take their eyes off the court.

Women’s Singles – Resilience and determination shine

The women’s singles category saw the complete dominance of Captain Xuyên’s team, which swept all three top positions. The all-team final between Nguyễn Thị Quỳnh and Phạm Thị Hằng was fiercely contested, living up to the intensity of a true “derby” match.

After three tense sets, Nguyen Thi Quynh secured a 2–1 victory thanks to her consistent physical endurance and excellent shuttle control in the decisive rallies. This win was not only a title triumph but also a clear reflection of the remarkable improvement in technical skills among the female athletes at THSoft.

“Veteran” faces of TOH

Men’s Doubles – A Convincing Victory

In the men’s doubles category, the pair Nguyen Minh Quang – Ngo Quang Dien (Captain Minh) showcased a fast-paced, decisive playing style and made almost no mistakes in the final match.

They defeated the duo Tran Thanh Hai – Hoang Van Pau (Captain Nga) with a straight-sets victory of 2–0.

Excellent coordination in movement and strong control over match tempo allowed this pair to dominate the game from start to finish.

Women’s Doubles – The Most Emotional Final of the Tournament

One of the most memorable matches of the season was the women’s doubles final between Vu To Uyen – Nguyen Thi Quynh and Minh Ngoc – Dieu Ly.

The deciding set was intensely dramatic: Uyen – Quynh led 19–16 but were turned around to 19–20. In the decisive moment, their composure and fighting spirit prevailed as they scored three consecutive points to secure a 22–20 win, closing the match with a 2–1 victory.

This match is regarded as a symbolic highlight of the tournament - where an unyielding competitive spirit was powerfully demonstrated.

Mixed Doubles – Victory Through Seizing the Moment

The pair Ngo Quang Dien – Bui Thi Hong Ngoc (Captain Minh) claimed the championship after a hard-fought three-set final against Thanh Hai – Minh Ngoc (Captain Nga).

Notably, representing THSoft, Hong Ngoc, despite being a newcomer, played with remarkable confidence, coordinating effectively with her partner to secure the title in her very first appearance.

“Rookie” Hong Ngoc delivered an impressive performance and secured a top prize this season.

Men’s Singles A – class firmly asserted

In the Men’s Singles A category, Nguyen Dang Cong (Cap Nga) successfully defended his championship title after a hard-fought 2–1 victory over Mai Nhat Minh. Once again, he proved why he remains the strongest player of the tournament across multiple seasons.

Meanwhile, in the A Doubles event, the pair Nguyen Dang Cong – Bich Nga claimed the championship with a convincing 2–0 win, showcasing consistent performance and smart tactical play throughout the competition.

Dang Cong continues to firmly hold the throne as the “King of Men’s Singles A.”

Men’s Singles – the young generation breaks through

Young shuttler Tran Thanh Hai (Cap Nga) emerged as the biggest surprise of the tournament, claiming the men’s singles title with near-perfect form. He defeated several highly experienced opponents before securing a convincing 2–0 victory over Pham Van Kha in the final.

This championship highlights how the younger generation of athletes at THSoft is steadily rising to become a strong and promising successor force.

Mr.Kha truly proved the saying “the older the ginger, the spicier it gets” by securing a Top 3 finish in the men’s singles category.

Doubles A – maintaining peak form

In the Doubles A category, the pair Nguyen Đang Cong – Nguyen Thi Bich Nga (Cap Nga) once again demonstrated their consistent form and superior class with a 2–0 victory in the final against Hoang Tri Nhan – Mai Nhat Minh (Cap Minh).

With excellent court coverage, clear tactical coordination, and minimal unforced errors, Cong – Nga controlled the match for most of the playing time. Although Tri Nhan – Nhat Minh made strong efforts to close the gap with fast counterattacks, the difference in experience ultimately tipped the balance in favor of Cap Nga.

The most thrilling aspect of the tournament was not found in the individual events, but in the overall team standings.

For most of the competition, Team Captain Nga held the lead thanks to multiple victories in the finals.
Meanwhile, Team Captain Xuyên quietly accumulated points through third- and fourth-place playoff matches.

When the final standings were announced, the results surprised everyone:

• 🥈 Team Captain Nga – 27 điểm
   

• 🥉 Team Captain Minh – 22 điểm

A margin of just one point created a stunning turnaround, securing the team championship for Team Captain Xuyen.

The team championship title went to Team Captain Xuyen.
